The Online Series
Before COVID 19 was here, our nation was already battling an epidemic that has claimed the lives of more than 100 Americans each day for 3 years in a row. Thousands of Hoosier families are grieving the loss of their loved ones and friends. This epidemic doesn't discriminate between social status, gender, race, age, urban, or rural. But the good
news is there is a cure for this epidemic. It's called recovery.
The "Our Story. Our Time." online show will take you behind the scenes to give you real-time updates from some of Indiana's recovery leaders and experts in mental health and addiction. Each week you'll hear stories of hope from members of Indiana's recovery community and listen to some great music from artists across the US who understand the struggle of substance abuse. The overdose epidemic is not a distant story we read about on the news. This is our story and we believe this is our time to change it.

"For the last 2 years we have been uniting musicians, videographers, record producers, members of Indiana's recovery community, and health care professionals from all over the state to help us share the story of our nation's opioid epidemic through the lives of those who have lived it. The story of this epidemic cannot be reduced to stats and facts. It's about real people that we know and love who are fighting an addiction many of them never signed up for. Our goal with this effort is to unite communities and get them connected with their local recovery efforts. This epidemic is so big it is going to take all of us finding our place in this story."
